If it rains The Market is cancelled and will not be reschedule. Therefore we will be offering a 50% refunds.

Trilith Sports & Entertainment, The Rooke and Rover Company and Milieu Market are not responsible for any damage or losses of persons, personal items, products or displays. This is an all outdoor festival. We are not responsible for the weather of any kind. So please be prepared for rain, sun, wind, and bugs!

We are grateful to have you with us and are committed to treating every vendor, guest, and partner with respect and dignity. In return, we ask that the same courtesy be extended to our staff, volunteers, fellow vendors, and all guests attending the market. This event is open to the public and welcomes people from many different backgrounds. Our goal is to cultivate an atmosphere that is both fun and professional, where everyone can enjoy the experience in a safe and respectful environment. If any concerns or situations arise during the event, please bring them directly to Elijah Penner or Julia Plett, who will be onsite and happy to assist. Trilith Sports & Entertainment reserves the right to ask any individual(s) to leave the event if necessary. In such cases, removal from the event may occur without refund.
