This is an all outdoor festival. We are not responsible for the weather of any kind. So please be prepared for rain, sun, wind, and bugs!

This event is open to the public and welcomes people from many different backgrounds. Our goal is to cultivate an atmosphere that is both fun and professional, where everyone can enjoy the experience in a safe and respectful environment. If any concerns or situations arise during the event, please bring them directly to Elijah Penner or Julia Plett, who will be onsite and happy to assist. Trilith Sports & Entertainment reserves the right to ask any individual(s) to leave the event if necessary. In such cases, removal from the event may occur without refund.
